Just wanted to thank you, for you being there, mentoring me. I have been with you off and on…..And one thing that has remained constant is your single mindedness, dedication, focus on me, and my efforts. From practically being so inflexible, to learning to master plank, the journey with you has been wonderful. Though I have to move much ahead in this journey started, I know with you there, by my side I ll be able to hang in there. Whats especially commendable is your eye for details, especially your penchant for perfection in alignment. I never thought there could me so much more to asanas.

Wanted to take a moment and thank my friend Pragya Bhatt for getting me back on my feet ( or shall I say knees) when multiple doctors asked me to put away my running shoes!
Today I successfully completed a 5K. It’s a small step but it’s a start. Thanku you for being so patient and flexible with me. You literally had to start from scratch with me and thanks to your techniques / use of props I am getting somewhere! Looking forward to our long association. We are just getting started

Pragya just an account of what yoga has done to me…I might be really bad at asanas, having terrible posture, poor alignment, strength might be really low but as a person I have become more aware of my fears, weakness and limitations…but over these almost 3 years of attending a class, I have become strong emotionally, I am able to connect with events and people better, concentrate better and judge less, positive outcomes happen even in hostile situations, negative thoughts and auras keep their distance from me and things happen the way I wish them to be…am more creative now, I dare to experiment with situations, at a physical level I have build stamina and don’t give up easily unless it’s really difficult to hold an asana…I have also become less insecure

Yoga with Pragya. Since I first started practicing yoga 20 years ago, I have been fortunate to have many good teachers, but my classes with Pragya are most fulfilling so far. Her dedication to make each posture on the mat as perfect as possible, to plan each class in her unique style and to teach us to be the energy we want to attract, have given me a feeling of gratitude and accomplishment at the end of each session.
