Come join us for another beautiful Yoga-Week in Italy
We stay near Dolcedo (a village in the Ligurian olive hills, 8 km from Imperia) in a former oil mill: Molino Pinciòn, where we’ll arrange ourselves in well designed apartments with double rooms, kitchen, bath. We will practice in a very well equipped Yoga shala, mats and props are provided.
Hatha Yoga in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar (3 - 5 hrs/day) with

Schedule
Yoga asana practice: 8 – 11 am on 6 days.
Stretching, pranayama, meditation: 5 – 7 pm on 3 days
In the morning we’ll practice asanas to enhance flexibility, strength, stability and endurance.
On three afternoons we offer regenerative asanas, pranayama and meditation. The other afternoons are free to play and explore the area. You can choose to go to the beach, go hike in the olive hills,
or relax and plunge into the paradise-like cold creek waterholes by the mill…

We’ll start with a group dinner on June 20, 2020 at 7:30 pm // departure day is June 27, 2020
Pricing for yoga workshop and accomodation:

We prepare our food together or individually – the kitchens in the apartments offer all you need for cooking
…or we enjoy some of the yummy Ligurian menus in one of the restaurants in and around Dolcedo.
Dolcedo is just a few km from the Autostrada between Genova and Nizza – 8 km inland from the Riviera. It is the capital of the Taggiasca olive – prepare yourself for amazing olive oil, yummy Ligurian food,
a bubbling creek with blinking fireflies at night, colorful nature and charming villages in the area.
You arrive in Dolcedo by car (-pooling), take a train to Imperia, or fly to Nice and continue to Imperia by train. We can organize a pick-up from the Imperia train station.
